She had earlier donned homely roles in many films. Her film Endrendrum Punnagai was released recently. In this film she has donned a glamour role. Currently Andrea has the films Puthiya Thiruppangal, Vishwaroopam 2, Taramani and Aranmanai in her hands. Apart from these films, she is also acting in two Malayalam films. There is news that she acting in these films wearing scanty dresses. When asked Andrea about this, she said, "My role in Endrendrum Punnagai is very good. I am getting lots of appreciations. Moreover I am acting powerful roles. I am ready to don glamour roles if the story demands. It is not right to say that I will act only in particular roles. At the same time I will not act in vulgar roles. I have decided to act in the films that have good stories. I will act in glamour roles provided I have scope for acting."
